The menu will feature a generous selection of dishes inspired by the garden and the surrounding region, designed to be shared and enjoyed together. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the afternoon.

Join us for a slow autumn gathering on our farm just outside Tenterfield as we come together around a long table in the paddock to celebrate the flavours of the season.
The afternoon begins with a gentle walk around the farm where we’ll visit the vegetable garden, meet the chickens and see the cattle grazing the paddocks while we share a little about the regenerative journey of the land. Afterwards we will settle in at a long table set beneath the open sky for a relaxed seasonal lunch inspired by what is growing in the garden and the surrounding region.
Expect generous, rustic dishes, good conversation and time to linger over the table as the afternoon unfolds. I’ll be baking homemade focaccia and serving preserves from the garden alongside seasonal dishes inspired by whatever produce is ready that day. Wherever possible, I’ll be bringing as much as I can from paddock to plate to share with our guests.
