Winter Garden Workshop
Winter Garden Workshop
Come and spend a day in the garden with me this winter. We’ll cover the basics of growing your own food — from soil and compost to what to plant now and what’s coming next.
Date: Saturday, 13th June, 2026
Time: 10am – 2pm
Cost: Adults: $195
Location: A Plot in Common, Tenterfield NSW
Includes: Gardening workshop, morning tea, lunch, and seeds to take home.
Join me on the farm in Tenterfield for a relaxed, hands-on day focused on growing your own food through the cooler months and preparing for the seasons ahead.
We’ll spend time in the garden looking at what’s growing now, how I’m managing the winter beds, and what I’m starting to plan for spring. We’ll cover the foundations of a productive home garden — from soil health and composting to seed selection, planting, and simple ways to manage pests.
This is a beginner-friendly workshop, designed to give you the confidence to start or build on your own garden at home.
We’ll share a long table lunch together using what’s available from the farm, and you’ll head home with a small selection of seeds to get started.
