As a part of our project A Common Place, we would like to invite some Little Plotters to share our farm.
The school holiday adventure is about experiencing what life is like on a farm and the different ways we grow our food.
We will start the day with morning tea in our 1800's barn. We provide our Little Plotters with some delicious farm snacks and cloud juice.
As Little Plotters you will need to get your hands dirty in the garden plots! We will do some digging and planting and prepare a little plant for you to take home and grow.
We will visit the farm animals and give them their morning tea and cuddles. The chickens love their treats from the veggie garden, the pigs love ANYTHING to eat and a belly scratch, and Pattie (our cow) and her little calf love a big pile of hay.
We will talk about the different food we grow and share some stories and activities along the way.
